Welcome to my site. I am glad you are here and hope to see you in the studio soon. I discovered Pilates after my second child was born. As a soccer player, skier and overall busy mom, I found that Pilates was the only form of exercise that was helping my body hold it all together. After taking a class at a local gym many years ago, I had the realization that Pilates was the “thing” I wanted to practice for the rest of my life; and teaching was the perfect way to fit that in. I want to share my love of Pilates with my clients and help each individual bring Pilates into their lives to support their daily activities, whether they are super busy and athletic, or just going about their daily routine. I love that Pilates builds an amazing foundation within each person’s body and spirit and it is my hope to share that with each individual I work with. I am certified through Momentum Pilates in Albuquerque, NM.  I love participating in classes all over Portland and enjoy taking continuing ed in the Pilates field. "Molly is an amazing pilates instructor.  I never knew I could strengthen and stretch my body at the same time.  I have chronic back problems, and strengthening my core has been vital for keeping my back healthy.  Molly constantly varies the exercises and creatively uses balls, rings, and bands to keep each class interesting, she gives alternative options so that each person can make the most of any given class, and she is positive and encouraging.
